The day finally arrived – it was a bit earlier than originally expected, but welcome nonetheless. The day was last Wednesday, June 18, 2008 and events started with a phone call – (just like in the movies). It was pretty exciting. And, with the usage of web2.0 socialization technologies Flickr and Twitter, I was able to blog events in near real-time with my BlackBerry. (I know.. I know.. it’s sooo “Jimmy Olsen” of me):
