Who I am...

My name is Peter Knight and you’ve stumbled onto my online journal, “Outrageous Thoughts of Babble”. I started this journal back in 1997 thus pre-dating terms such as “blogging,” which makes me feel secretively proud. For you see, during 1997, the Internet’s World Wide Web was still in its infancy and sites like these were considered somewhat taboo, or at least slightly over self-expressive at the least. Well nonetheless, it’s many years later, and times have changed and blogs are commonplace now (phew!).

Everything has a purpose and an intent – this online journal is no different. This site has gone through many iterations and had contained many forms of entries ranging from writings to online webcams to audio recordings to videos. And its purpose has always remained the same — to record life’s events as they happen – for they happen quickly and fleetingly.

I, myself, refer back to these entries sometimes to reminisce in some silly way, and always, I’ve realized how much I’ve grown and still need to grow.

As I was saying, I’ve started this site back in 1997, during my single days and my perspective on life was different then. Today, I’m married and have children and such as life, hopefully pass along the teachings – that is after I’ve been able to learn some myself.
