Do I have Tourette's?
Sometimes I wonder if I have Tourette's syndrome. Sometimes I wonder if people who have Tourette's know that they are vocally lashing out while they are doing so. This is usually the case when I am sitting in a large quiet gathering of people; like a large work meeting, or church. What usually happens is that my mind starts wandering and I totally lose track of what is being presented.
Next, I snap back to reality and quickly look around at my surroundings. Usually, I find that at least three other people are watching me. Then, I start to think to myself, "What if I just lashed out and these people are wondering what is wrong with me? And, the others around me are just used to it, and being nice to spare my feelings, by ignoring it."
