Tauo

Once, I participated in the making of a class film. I was one of the actors in a luxurious college spin of a sci-fi flick where two heroes escape the wrath of a dictating government only to return later to free the population.

One of the key turning points of the film was where the human side of the two heroes was revealed. My roommate Todd played the role of the other hero. He was trapped in a well-guarded prison where through my sleeklike capabilities, I was able to rescue him. Previous to this, I was to think that he was already dead. The rescue mission went well. I find him. The touching moment is shot over and over again due to the director's orders.

After viewing the final cut, it seemed to turn out more like a rough tough action flick where midway through, the heroes have an emotionally gay moment staring into each other's eyes. More embarrassing is that a month later, we find it airing on local access cable television in the Rochester area.

Film is called "Tauo" by John Gwinn…er, go rent it at a Blockbuster's near you.
