nce in a while I think about a certain memory that still makes me cringe.  One day early on in Grammar School, the class was going to receive our papers back from the teacher.  This one incident, we all had to go up to the teacher’s desk and get them.  So, we all filed on one row at a time:  One row of students would go up and get their papers, sit back down, and the next row would get up.

We all waited patiently and observed the reactions of the previous students as they were walking back to their desks.  Finally, it was my turn to go up and get my graded test.  I remember waiting in line while standing in front of the whole class.  I started feeling pressure building in my sinus area of my face.  I looked around the room to see who was watching me.  Most of the kids sitting down were watching all of us up there.  This pressure started increasing and I just prayed that it would just go away.

I tried all the tricks to make the stupid pressure go away.  I even looked up at the lights in the ceiling.  It was no use.  Suddenly, I involuntarily inhaled deeply and let out one of the biggest sneezes that I have ever felt.  I think I even doubled over.  There I stood without a tissue and this worm like mucus build-up dangled about a foot protruding from my nose.
