I am a little behind on some matters. There are about 40 subscribers in the queue, just hanging out, not receiving updates just yet, but will be shortly. I apologize if you are one of the 40 witnessing this page being updated without receiving an update in your email. I used to receive about one new subscriber every other day, and I took the time to gratefully add their email to a growing list. I took the time to study the letters that made up every subscriber's email addresses. I grew curious of how email addresses were formed and wondered about the people behind them. Yes, I am being slightly sarcastic, but the point is that never before have subscribers come in streams. And never before have I been so tardy. Something is screaming at me, Automate! Automate!
Anyhow, there are a couple of reasons for my tardiness. Firstly, I have been so busy fixing and cleaning up the house in readiness to place it on the market, I have neglected some of my email. And secondly, I received a nice note from a reader noting that this site has been written up in a magazine distributed in Australia called "internet.au". This along with the site being listed in Netscape's What's Cool-Cool Sitings category enables activities here to be slightly appreciatively busy.
Honestly, I am truly grateful.
I started this web site a couple of years ago, and it has evolved in both the types of material contained within, and my level of honesty in the events I write about. It's similar to a child who first wears a mask in hopes to find acceptance by others. And after lifting the mask slightly, finding himself still being accepted.
