+Change+I have always been fearful of change.  One thing that I have learned is that change can provide me with the most uncomfortable feelings in the world.  I have also learned that there is both good and bad in change.  I slowly have learned to grow accustomed to change and even welcome it at times.  I guess I have learned to gain the sense of adventure that change brings.
