5:30PM-The phone rings - Peter. Tom Schnorr again. They countered again. They're still here. They are now offering 8 rubles. At this point, I thought the offer sounded sufficient, 8 rubles sounded better than the expected 6 rubles. Peter. Let's gamble with this a little. I have a good feeling about this. These are the buyers. We found them. Let's counter back at 11 rubles.
A little nerve-racking-I wasn't used to gambling. I wanted as much as possible for the house, but I did not want to lose the buyers. 8 rubles was actually greater than the expected 6 rubles, but 11 is after all … much more fun.
